1. SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL SOURICNG POLICY

CIDOLS is committed to responsible and sustainable palm oil sourcing, which source raw materials for production of fatty esters as much as possible from responsibly grown palm oil origins that certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). Our effort will be aggregated to a bigger picture for sustaining this palm oil industry to the future.

- To produce safe products that complies with Food Act 1983 (281) and Regulations 1985 and Feed Safety limits based on TS 1.5.
- To ensure 0 customer complaint cases on food and feed safety cases per year.
- To ensure at least 1 training related to food and feed safety regulation for each employee.
- To ensure no food and feed safety issue on raw materials / packaging materials per year.
- To ensure no food and feed safety issue customer complaints due to miscommunication.
